Entrepreneur, international business leader and academic
I’m Dr. Eldisa Cirogu, entrepreneur, international business leader and Founder & CEO of Value Provider Group—an ecosystem of eight companies operating across 13 European markets and China.
My career moves from academic research and project management to building and leading businesses in customer experience, healthcare support, recruitment, technology, data privacy and investment. My PhD in Political Studies from Sapienza University of Rome gives me an additional perspective on how markets, institutions and societies evolve—and how businesses can operate successfully within that complexity.

With more than a decade of experience in project management, organisational leadership and international cooperation, I believe sustainable growth begins when vision is supported by structure, people and disciplined execution.
I build partnerships between Albania, the Western Balkans and international markets, and I have authored publications on conflict prevention, human migration and economic development. Above all, my leadership combines strategic clarity, accountability, empathy and continuous learning.
